OUR RETURN POLICY

 First, we appreciate your confidence to allow us to provide you with great service and products. We are very sorry that you are having issues with the product or were unhappy in any way.  Customer service is Too Fine Product Group’s first mission and will do anything possible to make our customers happy. 

Our return policy is as follows:   All shipping's will require and adult signature, no exceptions.

If you the customer, and are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased within 30-days of said purchase, we will gladly accept your return. You may return the product to us for any reason, you will receive a replacement, credit or your entire purchase price.  Limitations to this policy: if the product was damaged, except if the product was damaged in shipping or processing. If your product was damaged in shipping or processing, the customer must contact our customer support within 5-days of receipt either by email; support@toofinesmoke.com or calling our support line; 1-800-545-2869, ext. 81.

To start your return, contact us at Support@toofinesmoke.com and we will provide you direction from there. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You may use the package slip as that proof. Please include the reason for your return and if there is anything we can do to address the issue.

Once we receive the return, we will credit the purchase price to the form of payment used during the original transaction with 7 business days.  Once we begin the processing of your product return, we will email you with the credit process information.
